1. Be In Nature- I find the best way to relax is to drop what you are doing and get outside! Even a quick 10-20 mins can do a world of good.
2. Meditate- calming the mind calms the soul which leads to greater focus. Simple.
3. Rest- Taking time to rest and gain focus and direction of where you want to be heading is smart. Use your downtime wisely. Catnap if you have to as it will add to your productivity.
4. Make a Dream List of Goals- Do not loose site of your big picture- make your commitment for the next 10 years and put it on paper!
5. Hire a Mentor- I have had many mentors in my life that have contributed to my success. Why re-invent the wheel? Having access to someone who’s been through it really helps you to learn & bring out your best.
6. Learn about others- Read and learn from the mistakes and achievement of others, and model their success. My two favourites are Chris Gardner & Lisa Nichols.
7. Join a Mastermind Group- Mastermind Groups have been around for many years. It is meant to be a group of successful entrepreneurs who want help or to help others think big. This type of format can help you stride forward with your business.
